Refund and Cancellation Policy

Belief AI, a product of Biva Technology Pty Ltd, is grateful for the generosity of everyone who supports our mission through donations.
1. Types of Donations
We offer two donation options:
One-Time Donation: A single voluntary contribution.
Monthly Donation: A recurring voluntary contribution that is automatically charged each month until cancelled by the donor.
2. Refund Policy
Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the development, maintenance, and operation of Belief AI. As a result, donations are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate donations.
Incorrect donation amounts caused by a technical error.
Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions that have been verified.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
3. Cancelling Monthly Donations
If you have enrolled in a Monthly Donation, you may cancel your recurring donation at any time.
Your cancellation will stop future monthly donations. Any donation already processed before the cancellation request is generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances described above.
4. One-Time Donations
One-time donations are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once completed.

6. Changes to This Policy
Biva Technology Pty Ltd may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
